One app for UAE bills and subscriptions: eight ranked
Last checked
Quick answer
If you want one app for both your UAE bills and your subscriptions, Rasid ranks first on the criteria below: it finds DEWA, SEWA, du and e& bills and subscriptions in Gmail and card statements, reminds you three days before each is due, and compares what you pay with cheaper options. We make Rasid, so read the ranking with that in mind. Bucket is the closest alternative and is the one to pick if you want to pay bills inside the app. Kamm and Malii keep both in a list you fill in yourself, in Arabic and English. This page is about the combined need; for subscriptions alone see the best subscription tracker apps, and for paying bills see the best bill manager apps.
Ranked at a glance
| Rank | App | UAE bills | Subscriptions | Reminds before due | Better deals |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Rasid | DEWA, SEWA, TAQA Distribution, du, e&, Empower from email; statements from seven banks | Found in billing mail | Yes, 3 days before | Yes: Discover compares your plan with the yearly plan, a smaller plan, bundles and same-category rivals |
| 2 | Bucket | Fetched by account number: DEWA, e&, du, Salik, SEWA, ADDC, Empower | Netflix and Spotify named; duplicates flagged | Not stated | Partly: shows what you would save by keeping one of two duplicates |
| 3 | Kamm | Added by hand; none named | By hand, from a catalogue | Yes, lead time not stated | Not stated |
| 4 | Malii | Added by hand; DEWA as an example | By hand, 3 on the free plan | Yes | Not stated |
| 5 | FinArt | Reminders for credit card and utility bills; no UAE provider named | A "Subscription Manager", no details | Yes | Not stated |
| 6 | SubTracker | Not stated | By hand, from 180+ services | Email reminders on Plus | Not stated for your own subscriptions |
| 7 | e& money | Pays a long list of billers | None | Yes, for bills it can see | Not stated |
| 8 | Payit | Tops up du, Etisalat, Salik and Nol | None | Not stated | Merchant promotions and referral rewards; nothing about your bills |
Bucket, e& money and Payit pay bills inside the app; Rasid, Kamm, Malii, FinArt and SubTracker do not.
Each row is from the app's own website, privacy or terms pages, or UAE App Store listing. Bucket, Kamm, Malii, FinArt, SubTracker, e& money and Payit were read on 27 October 2026. "Not stated" means its pages do not say. Rasid's row is our own app.
How we ranked them
One question: how well does a single app cover both UAE bills and subscriptions? Five criteria, in this order of weight:
- Both in one list. Does it hold UAE utility and phone bills and subscriptions, not one or the other?
- Found for you. Does it find them, or do you type each one in?
- A reminder before each is due. Before the charge, not after.
- Better deals. Does it tell you how to pay less for what you already have: a yearly plan, a bundle, a cheaper rival?
- UAE fit. UAE providers by name, AED, and Arabic where stated.
Ties are broken by what the app asks of you: no bank login first. Paying bills is not a criterion; it is a separate job, and it is shown in the last column. An app that pays but tracks no subscriptions ranks lower here and higher on the bill manager page.
The apps one by one
1. Rasid
Finds subscriptions and household bills in Gmail with read-only access and no bank login, and you confirm each one before it is tracked. It reads DEWA, SEWA, TAQA Distribution, Empower, du and e& bills from their emails, and card statements from seven UAE banks. It reminds you three days before a bill or renewal and shows a price rise before it starts, when the provider emails the new price.
Recommendations: the Discover tab compares what you pay with the same service's yearly plan, a smaller plan or a bundle, and with real rivals in the same category, using prices from the providers' own UAE pages. It is like-for-like only: it never suggests swapping a music app for a film app. Each suggestion names the plan and the price it comes from.
- Best for: one list for bills and subscriptions found for you, with reminders and ways to pay less.
- Less good for: paying: it does not pay bills, and its Pay bill button only opens the provider's own page. It is iPhone only, in early access with a waitlist, and full Arabic support is not stated.
2. Bucket
A UAE app where you add a biller with your account number and each bill is fetched for you, then approved with one tap or paid by auto-pay. Its page names Netflix, Spotify and Tabby too, flags duplicate subscriptions and says it shows what you would save by keeping one. It is free to download, on iPhone and Android, with Arabic, and signs you in with UAE PASS or a phone number.
- Best for: paying and tracking UAE bills in one app, on iPhone or Android.
- Less good for: subscriptions beyond the ones it names, cheaper-plan suggestions, and due-date reminders, which its page does not state.
3. Kamm
An iPhone app for subscriptions, bills, loans and Tabby and Tamara instalments, added by hand or from a catalogue, in Arabic and English, with an alert before each due date. Free to start; Kamm Pro is AED 19.99, one time. Without Pro, entries stay on your device.
- Best for: a private Arabic and English list for subscriptions, bills and instalments.
- Less good for: finding things for you: its pages describe entering items, and name no UAE provider.
4. Malii
A budget app for iPhone, iPad and Mac that also tracks recurring payments such as "DEWA, Netflix, the gym", with a reminder before the money leaves. Arabic and English, prices in AED: Premium is AED 19.99 a month or AED 199.99 a year, and the free plan holds three recurring payments. It never connects to your bank.
- Best for: a private budget with your recurring bills and subscriptions inside it.
- Less good for: more than three recurring payments without Premium, and finding anything automatically.
5. FinArt
An expense and budget tracker with reminders for credit card and utility bills and a Subscription Manager listed among its extras. It reads SMS and bank app notifications, with a 5-day trial and a country-specific price. Its page names no UAE provider and does not describe how the Subscription Manager works.
- Best for: an expense tracker that reads SMS and reminds you about bills.
- Less good for: UAE fit and subscription detail: neither is stated.
6. SubTracker
Rasid vs SubTracker, in detail.
A subscription tracker that runs in a browser and installs on a phone, with 180+ services, calendar sync and CSV or JSON export. It has a free plan; Plus is USD 5.90 a month or USD 49 a year. Its pages name no UAE bills.
- Best for: a hand-kept subscription list on any device, across several countries.
- Less good for: bills: UAE utilities are not stated.
7. e& money
A wallet licensed by the UAE Central Bank, from e&. It pays the longest list of billers on this page, including Etisalat, du, DEWA, ADDC and Salik, charges no fee itself (some billers do), and notifies you of upcoming payments. It does not track subscriptions.
- Best for: paying many UAE bills from one wallet.
- Less good for: subscriptions, and anything beyond bills it can pay.
8. Payit
FAB's digital account, with no bank account needed. It tops up du, Etisalat, Salik and Nol, and its page lists merchant promotions and a referral reward. It does not describe reminders or subscription tracking.
- Best for: top-ups and payments without a bank account.
- Less good for: tracking: neither reminders nor subscriptions are stated.
How to choose
- You want bills and subscriptions found for you, with a reminder: Rasid.
- You want to pay your bills in the same app, on iPhone or Android: Bucket.
- You want a private list you keep yourself, in Arabic: Kamm or Malii.
- You want an app that tells you how to pay less for what you already have: Rasid's Discover. Of the apps here, it is the only one whose pages describe comparing your plan with a yearly plan, a smaller plan, a bundle and rivals.
- You only pay bills and have no subscriptions: e& money, or another app on the bill manager page.
- You only track subscriptions: see the best subscription tracker apps, or the best subscription management apps for cancelling and better deals.
- Using two is fine: a payer such as Bucket and a reminder app do not conflict.
