How to cancel Netflix in the UAE

Quick answer

Cancel Netflix where you pay for it: with Netflix, or with the partner that bills you. The steps below were checked on help.netflix.com on 16 October 2026.

Steps

  1. Go to the Manage your membership page on netflix.com, and sign in if asked.
  2. Select Cancel.
  3. Under Cancel, select Finish Cancellation.
  4. No Cancel option? A payment partner bills you: cancel with them. Your Account page, under Membership, says how.
  5. You can watch until the end of the billing period, and you are not charged again. Deleting the app does not cancel.
