Quick answer
TrackMySubs is a web app for tracking subscriptions and other recurring payments, which you add yourself or import from a CSV file, with email alerts before each payment; its site says it is built for digital entrepreneurs, IT consultants and small businesses. Rasid is an iPhone app for the UAE that finds subscriptions and DEWA, du and Etisalat (e&) bills in Gmail and card statements, with no bank login. Choose TrackMySubs for a list on any computer, Rasid for UAE household bills found for you.
What each app does
TrackMySubs keeps your recurring payments in one place on the web. You add subscriptions yourself or upload a CSV file, organise them with folders, tags and payment methods, and get email alerts before each payment, at times you choose and to more than one address. It converts amounts from 160 currencies, connects to other apps through Zapier, and also tracks warranties, rent, gym memberships and loans.
Rasid starts from what has already arrived. With your permission it searches Gmail, read-only, for billing mail: receipts, invoices, statements and price notices. It works out the amount and the date, and you confirm each find before it's tracked. It also reads PDF card statements from seven UAE banks, spreadsheets and screenshots, and you can add anything by hand.
