How to cancel NordVPN in the UAE

Quick answer

Cancel NordVPN where you pay for it: in your Nord Account, or with Apple, Google Play or Amazon. The steps below were checked on support.nordvpn.com, support.apple.com and support.google.com on 22 October 2026.

Steps

  1. Bought on the NordVPN website? Log in to your Nord Account.
  2. Open the Billing tab and click Cancel next to Auto-renewal.
  3. Select Cancel auto-renewal. Your auto-renewal status changes to Off, and NordVPN emails you a confirmation.
  4. The same steps cancel a NordPass, NordLocker, Dedicated IP or bundle subscription.
  5. Subscribed through the App Store? On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Tap NordVPN, then Cancel Subscription. No Cancel button, or an expiry message in red, means it is already cancelled.
  6. Subscribed through Google Play? On your Android device, go to Subscriptions in Google Play. Select NordVPN, tap Cancel subscription and follow the instructions. Uninstalling the app does not cancel it.
  7. Subscribed through the Amazon Appstore? Cancel it with Amazon, not in your Nord Account.
  8. Cancelling auto-renewal stops your subscription renewing at the next billing date. For a refund, see NordVPN's money-back policy.
