How to cancel EA Play in the UAE

Cancel EA Play where you pay for it: with EA, or with PlayStation, Xbox, Steam or Epic. The steps below were checked on help.ea.com on 23 October 2026.

Steps

  1. Joined through the EA app or EA website? Go to your EA Account and sign in with the account you joined with.
  2. Select the Subscriptions and Memberships tab.
  3. In Your membership, select Cancel membership, then select Cancel membership again on the page that opens.
  4. On PlayStation: sign in to your PlayStation account, select Subscription, then Turn Off Auto-Renew next to EA Play.
  5. On Xbox: sign in to your Microsoft account, choose Services & subscriptions, then Manage next to EA Play, and cancel.
  6. Joined through Steam or Epic? Contact Steam Support or Epic Support to cancel.
  7. You keep EA Play until your next billing date, and can reverse the cancellation until then. EA Play memberships are not refundable, with some exceptions.
