How to cancel Yango Play in the UAE

Cancel Yango Play where you pay for it: with Yango Play, with your mobile operator, or with Apple or Google Play. The steps below were checked on play.yango.com on 20 October 2026.

Steps

  1. In the Yango Play app, go to My Yango, then Yango Plus.
  2. Tap Cancel Subscription at the bottom, then confirm by choosing Cancel.
  3. Subscribed through Google Play? Open your Google Play subscriptions, find Yango Play and select Unsubscribe.
  4. Subscribed through the App Store? In your iPhone Settings, open Subscriptions under your Apple ID, tap Yango Play, then Cancel Subscription.
  5. Paying from your mobile balance? Text the code for your plan to the number that sent your subscription SMS. The code is in that confirmation message.
  6. For a refund on an App Store or Google Play subscription, contact Apple or Google. Logging out, deleting your account or uninstalling the app does not cancel.
