How to cancel Xbox Game Pass in the UAE

Cancel Xbox Game Pass where you pay for it: with Microsoft. The steps below were checked on support.xbox.com on 20 October 2026.

Steps

  1. Go to Subscriptions in your Microsoft account, and sign in with the account you bought it with.
  2. Find your subscription and select Manage.
  3. Select Cancel subscription and follow the instructions.
  4. On a console: press the Xbox button to open the guide. Go to Profile & system, Settings, Account, Subscriptions. Choose the subscription, then select Cancel subscription.
  5. See Turn on recurring billing instead of Manage? It is already set to end on the date shown.
  6. You keep the benefits until the end date and are not charged again. If you are eligible, you can cancel straight away with a refund. Not every charge can be refunded.
