How to cancel Strava in the UAE

Cancel Strava where you pay for it: with Strava, or with Apple or Google Play. The steps below were checked on support.strava.com on 20 October 2026.

Steps

  1. Cancel on the platform you subscribed on.
  2. On the Strava website: log in, select your profile picture in the top right corner, then go to Settings, My Account, Cancel Subscription.
  3. In the iPhone or Android app: go to the You tab and tap the gear icon. Select Your Strava Subscription, then Manage Your Subscription. You can also cancel in the App Store or Google Play.
  4. Cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date. You keep subscription features until the end of the term, and your activities and data are not deleted.
  5. Subscribed on the website? You may get a full refund within 14 days of purchase. After that, subscriptions are non-refundable.
