How to cancel Perplexity in the UAE

Quick answer

Cancel Perplexity where you pay for it: with Perplexity, or with Apple or Google Play. The steps below were checked on perplexity.ai on 20 October 2026.

Steps

  1. On a computer: go to Settings and scroll down to Subscription under Perplexity Pro.
  2. Click Manage Subscription to open your current plan page, then choose Cancel subscription.
  3. Subscribed in the iPhone app? The cancel option is not in Perplexity Settings. Open the App Store, tap your profile icon, then Subscriptions, Perplexity - Ask Anything, and Cancel subscription.
  4. Subscribed through Google Play? Open Google Play, tap the settings icon, then Payments & Subscriptions, Perplexity - Ask Anything, and Cancel subscription.
  5. Your account goes back to the free version at the end of the billing cycle. Deleting your account does not cancel.
