How to cancel OSN+ in the UAE

Cancel OSN+ where you pay for it: with OSN+, with du or e&, or with Apple or Google Play. The steps below were checked on support.osnplus.com on 19 October 2026.

Steps

  1. On the web: go to osnplus.com/manage-subscriptions, or Settings, then Subscription.
  2. Select Manage Subscription and follow the steps to cancel.
  3. In the app: go to My Library, tap Settings, then Subscription, then Manage Subscription.
  4. Billed by du? Send STOP OSN to 3232 for Standard, or STOP OSN4k to 3232 for Premium.
  5. Billed by e& (Etisalat)? Send STOP OSN to 1741 for Standard, or STOP OSN4k to 1741 for Premium.
  6. Subscribed through the App Store or Google Play? Cancel there.
