Cancel Notion where you pay for it: with Notion, or with Apple or Google Play. The steps below were checked on notion.com on 20 October 2026.

Steps

  1. On a desktop computer, click Settings in Notion's sidebar, then Billing, then Change plan.
  2. Select the plan you want to change to, then click Continue.
  3. Give your feedback, then click Downgrade. You get a confirmation and see when your current plan ends.
  4. Bought it in the Notion app on your phone? It is managed through the App Store or Google Play: cancel there.
  5. Annual and monthly plans renew until you cancel. Plans are billed per workspace. You keep paid features until the end of your billing cycle.
