How to cancel Headspace in the UAE

Cancel Headspace where you pay for it: with Headspace, or with Apple or Google Play. The steps below were checked on help.headspace.com on 20 October 2026.

Steps

  1. Bought on the Headspace website? Log in at headspace.com in a desktop or mobile browser, not the app.
  2. Go to headspace.com/subscription/manage and select Cancel Membership. Not there? Email help@headspace.com.
  3. Bought through the App Store? Open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Select Headspace and tap Cancel Subscription.
  4. Bought through Google Play? Open the Play Store, tap Menu, then Subscriptions. Tap Headspace, then Cancel subscription, and follow the instructions.
  5. Got Headspace free from an organisation? You do not need to cancel: it ends on its own.
  6. Subscriptions bought on headspace.com are non-refundable, though Headspace reviews special cases at help@headspace.com. App Store and Google Play sales are final.
