How to cancel Fortnite Crew in the UAE

Cancel Fortnite Crew where you pay for it: with Epic Games, or with Xbox, PlayStation, Nintendo or Apple. The steps below were checked on epicgames.com on 20 October 2026.

Steps

  1. Cancel on the platform you subscribed on. Not sure which? Check your bank or card statement, or the Subscriptions tab in your Epic Games account.
  2. Epic on PC or mobile: go to epicgames.com/account, select Subscriptions, select the cog icon on your subscription, then Cancel Subscription. In the game: Passes tab, Manage Subscription, Cancellation Info, Cancel Subscription.
  3. Xbox: at account.microsoft.com, select Services & Subscriptions, then Manage next to Fortnite Crew, then Turn off recurring billing.
  4. PlayStation 5: go to Settings, Users and Accounts, Accounts, Payment and Subscriptions, Game and App Services. Select Fortnite, then Turn Off Auto-Renew on Fortnite Crew.
  5. Nintendo Switch: in Nintendo eShop, select your account icon, then Your Subscriptions. On Fortnite Crew, select Turn Off Automatic Renewal.
  6. App Store: open Settings, select your name, then Subscriptions, Fortnite Crew, Cancel Subscription and Confirm.
  7. You keep your Crew benefits until the end of the billing period. Cancelling does not refund the current period.
