How to cancel Deezer in the UAE

Cancel Deezer where you pay for it: with Deezer, or with Apple or the partner that bills you. The steps below were checked on support.deezer.com on 20 October 2026.

Steps

  1. On a computer: go to your profile, then Account Settings.
  2. Select Manage my subscription, then Cancel my subscription.
  3. Choose your reason, then select Confirm. You get a confirmation email.
  4. In the app: tap your profile icon, then the Settings cog. Under Subscription, select Plan management, then Subscription details & invoices, then Cancel my subscription.
  5. Billed by Apple? You can only cancel with Apple. Paying through a partner? Cancel with them: Deezer cannot.
  6. You keep Premium until the end of the current period. Then your account goes to Deezer Free, and downloads stop playing offline.
