How to cancel Crunchyroll in the UAE

Cancel Crunchyroll where you pay for it: with Crunchyroll, or with Apple, Google Play or the service that bills you. The steps below were checked on help.crunchyroll.com on 20 October 2026.

Steps

  1. Subscribed on crunchyroll.com? In a web browser, log in and select your profile.
  2. Click your profile picture at the top right, then Settings.
  3. Go to Membership Info, then Cancel Subscription.
  4. Click No thanks, Finish Cancellation. Then click Submit and exit, or Skip and exit.
  5. Subscribed in the iPhone or Android app? You cannot cancel on the website. In the app, tap your profile, then Membership, then Manage. Swipe to your plan, tap Cancel Subscription, then Continue with Cancellation.
  6. Billed by another service, such as PlayStation? Membership Info shows which one: cancel with them.
  7. You keep Premium until the end of your billing period. Deleting the app, logging out or removing your payment method does not cancel.
