How to cancel Claude in the UAE

Cancel Claude where you pay for it: with Claude, or with Apple or Google Play. The steps below were checked on support.claude.com on 20 October 2026.

Steps

  1. On claude.ai or Claude Desktop: click your initials or name in the lower left corner and select Settings.
  2. Go to Billing and click Cancel.
  3. Subscribed in Claude for iOS or Android? Tap your initials in the top right corner, then Billing. Select Manage subscription and follow the prompts.
  4. Removed the app already? Cancel with Apple or Google Play.
  5. Cancel at least 24 hours before your next billing date to avoid the next charge. You keep your paid plan until the end of the billing period.
