How to cancel Canva in the UAE

Cancel Canva where you pay for it: with Canva, or with Apple or Google Play. The steps below were checked on canva.com on 20 October 2026.

Steps

  1. Log in to the Canva account or team that has the plan.
  2. On the homepage, select your account profile, then Settings.
  3. Go to Billing. On your plan, select Cancel plan.
  4. Select Continue cancellation, choose your reason, then select Continue cancellation again.
  5. Select Cancel subscription. You get a confirmation email.
  6. Subscribed through Google Play or the App Store? Cancel there. Uninstalling the app does not cancel.
  7. You keep paid features until the end of the billing period, and your designs stay on Canva Free. Cancelling Canva Teams is permanent: you cannot subscribe to Teams again.
