How to cancel Bitwarden in the UAE

Steps

1. In the Bitwarden web app, go to Settings, then Subscription.
2. Note the Next charge date: that is when you lose paid features.
3. Select Cancel subscription. Your account shows Pending cancellation until the Next charge date.
4. Changed your mind? Select Reinstate subscription on the same page before the billing cycle ends.
5. Then your account goes back to a free individual plan. You cannot use advanced two-step login options such as YubiKey or Duo, or download and upload attachments.
6. Cancelled within 30 days of subscribing? Contact Bitwarden for a refund. For an organisation, an owner cancels in the Admin Console under Billing, then Subscription.
