How to cancel Anghami in the UAE

Cancel Anghami where you pay for it: with Anghami, with du, e& or Virgin Mobile, or with Apple or Google Play. The steps below were checked on support.anghami.com on 19 October 2026.

Steps

  1. On the web: go to anghami.com/manage-account, select Cancel your Subscription, then confirm.
  2. In the app: tap Your Library, then Settings, then Subscription, then Manage. Choose Cancel your Subscription and confirm.
  3. Billed by du? Send UNSUB to 3054.
  4. Billed by e& (Etisalat)? Send C ANGM to 1110 for the monthly plan, or C ANG to 1110 for the weekly plan.
  5. Got it with Virgin Mobile? Stop it in the Virgin Mobile app. Subscribed through the App Store or Google Play? Cancel there.
  6. A promo code subscription cannot be cancelled. It ends on its expiry date, with no refund.
  7. You keep Anghami Plus until the end of the billing cycle. Uninstalling the app does not cancel.
