Cancel Amazon Prime where you pay for it: with Amazon.ae. The steps below were checked on amazon.ae on 19 October 2026.

Steps

  1. Go to Manage Prime Membership on amazon.ae, and sign in if asked.
  2. Select Update, cancel, and more on the right side of the page.
  3. Select End Membership.
  4. On a paid membership, you are eligible for a full refund if you have not used any Prime benefits, including free delivery, Prime Video or Prime Gaming.
  5. On a free trial, you keep Prime benefits until the trial ends. Then the membership ends and your card is not charged.
